In this position, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that deliveries are completed on time and that all customer interactions reflect Flipkart's commitment to quality service. You will manage the delivery process, handle transactions, and maintain the delivery vehicle. This role offers a competitive salary of ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month based on a per-packet basis, with additional benefits provided by Flipkart.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver products to customers' addresses accurately and promptly, ensuring adherence to Flipkart's delivery standards.
• Handle cash-on-delivery transactions securely, collecting payments as required by Flipkart.
• Verify delivery details and address accuracy to prevent delivery errors.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the delivery van assigned by Flipkart.
• Organize delivery schedules effectively to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Communicate clearly with customers to resolve any issues or concerns regarding their deliveries.
• Report any vehicle or delivery issues to the appropriate Flipkart departments.
• Follow all safety protocols and delivery procedures set by Flipkart.
• Assist with loading and unloading packages as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the Flipkart delivery experience.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification of 10th Pass.
• Prior experience in delivery or logistics is advantageous but not required.
• Valid driving license and familiarity with routes in Bangalore.
• Strong communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely on behalf of Flipkart.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
• Good physical stamina and ability to manage delivery demands.
