Job Description : "Invoice Processing1. Handle the blocked or parsed resolutions.2. Update the AP GL tracker for resolutions required from the GL Team. 3. Statement Reconciliations4. GRIR Query Resolution5. Execution of vendor payment runs 6. Process all invoices assigned within the required turn-around time.7. Reversals and corrections of incorrectly posted invoicesPayments1. Creating a payment proposal as per the schedule after performing the duplicate invoice report2. Performing audits for the payment proposal list and the payment exception list3. Getting the identified errors corrected for final payment list approval from the market before completing it4. Downloading the payment file from an ERP and uploading it to the right banking website with the correct value date to arrange the same for authorization before the cut-off time5. Forecasting the payment value for the Treasury team6. Maintain payment transit evidence for audit compliance.7. Verifying the emergency manual payments before sending them to the market for approval and the manager's sign-off for immediate payment and forecasting8. Performing intercompany netting activities before settlement day for their successful uploading to the intra-netting website for correct net-off values9. Keeping track of all payment deviations, i.e., reject, refund, and return, to follow up with CRC to contact the vendor and get their bank details corrected by the vendor master team

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Acquisition Manager, located in Chennai. The Client Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing relationships with existing clients, developing and implementing acquisition strategies, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless onboarding processes. The role involves conducting market research, maintaining a client database, and regularly reporting on acquisition metrics.
Qualifications
• Client acquisition, relationship management, and onboarding skills
• Experience in developing and implementing acquisition strategies and conducting market research
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present and report effectively
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other departments
• Knowledge of the digital market landscape and industry trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
