HOW you’ll create Moments that Matter:
Strategy to Execution: Translates organizational priorities into integrated, data-driven marketing, communications, membership, and fund development strategies with clear milestones, measurable outcomes, and coordinated execution.
Team Leadership & Capacity Building: Leads and develops a high-performing team by providing clear direction, strengthening accountability, and fostering a collaborative, values-driven culture focused on impact.
Operational Leadership & Execution: Oversees a performance-driven operating model, ensuring effective day-to-day execution, alignment of priorities, and continuous improvement through data and streamlined processes.
Revenue Growth & Engagement: Drives sustainable revenue growth by advancing donor and member acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals and community needs.
Communications & Storytelling: Leads the development and delivery of a compelling, consistent organizational narrative that strengthens brand, amplifies impact, and connects authentically with diverse audiences.
Governance & External Alignment: Partners with the CEO to align fund development, government relations, and external communications with strategic priorities and governance expectations.
You’ll bring:
Proven senior leadership experience, with a track record of leading teams to deliver measurable results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments specifically in the areas of marketing and/or fund development.
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution, including setting clear priorities, establishing accountability, and driving performance.
Experience building, coaching, and leading high-performing teams; clarifying roles and workflows. Strong people leadership skills, with experience building, coaching, and aligning high-performing teams through clarity, consistency, and support.
Experience leading in a deeply operational organization, bringing structure and focus to environments that require organization and follow-through.
Strong track record of implementing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to monitor performance, optimize ROI, and inform real-time strategic adjustments.
Enterprise mindset, with the ability to think holistically across functions while ensuring strong execution of day-to-day priorities.
Advanced ability to develop compelling, consistent narratives and execute multi-channel strategies that strengthen brand, engagement, and community connection.
