To succeed as the VP of Human Resources, you should have:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including talent strategy and PEO exposure.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Your responsibilities as the VP of Human Resources will include:
• Lead HR Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, driving initiatives that support growth and organizational performance.
• Serve as Executive HR Advisor: Partner with executive leadership and be a trusted advisor on people-related strategies, employee relations, and organizational development.

• Manage Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation structures, oversee benefits administration, and ensure alignment with market standards.
• Ensure Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations while managing HR-related risks and implementing best practices.
• Foster Culture & Engagement: Champion a positive, inclusive culture that supports employee engagement, well-being, and high performance across the organization.
