Skills Required:
• P&L Management
• Proven experience in brand strategy, campaign development, and integrated marketing communications.
• Expertise in Omni Channel Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and attribution modeling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Budget management experience.
What will you do?
• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Nutrabay's D2C and eCommerce channels.
• Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, messaging, and creative development.
• Develop and manage a high-performing marketing team, delegating tasks effectively and providing mentorship.
• Set clear marketing goals and objectives, and track progress towards those goals using data and analytics.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for Nutrabay to leverage them for growth.
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Work Experience:
• Minimum 8-15 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on D2C and eCommerce.
• Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team.
Working days: Monday - Friday
