What you’ll be doing:
Social Media
• Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy to grow audience, engagement, and brand authority
• Create and publish content including thought leadership, firm updates, market commentary, and multimedia assets
• Monitor performance metrics (impressions, engagement, follower growth, CTR) and optimize accordingly
• Support and advise leadership on executive social media presence
Content Marketing
• Produce high-quality content including white papers, articles, newsletters, case studies, and investment commentary
• Partner with internal teams to translate complex strategies and market insights into clear, compelling messaging
• Manage an editorial calendar and ensure consistency in brand voice across all channels
• Oversee website content updates and support SEO initiatives
Events & Conferences
• Identify and evaluate industry events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities aligned with target audiences
• Manage end-to-end execution of events including conferences, roundtables, webinars, and investor engagements
• Develop event materials, messaging, and follow-up strategies to maximize ROI
• Track event performance and maintain a pipeline of relevant opportunities
Media & PR
• Support press outreach efforts including drafting press releases, media pitches, and firm announcements
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and industry publications
• Coordinate media opportunities for senior leadership (interviews, bylined articles, commentary)
• Monitor industry news and identify timely PR opportunities
What we’re looking for:
• 10 years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services, asset management, or alternative investments
• Demonstrated success in LinkedIn strategy and social media management
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly
• Experience planning and executing events and sponsorships
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to have:
• Experience marketing to institutional investors, family offices, or high-net-worth individuals
• Familiarity with financial marketing regulations (e.g., SEC guidelines)
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools
• Background in media relations or public relations
