Target Market: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other global regions
Shift Timing: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am
As the International Sales Head at Skywalk Digital Solutions, your primary responsibility is to drive global business growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans in the Digital Marketing and Website Development service domains. You will lead the international sales team, identify new opportunities in global markets, build strong client relationships, and ensure revenue targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Define and implement international sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Focus on lead generation, prospecting, and closing high-value deals in global markets.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
Client Acquisition & Account Management
• Build and nurture strong relationships with overseas clients, primarily from the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions across digital marketing and web development.
• Maintain long-term account health through effective communication and solution delivery follow-ups.
Team Leadership
• Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs), Business Development Executives (BDEs), and Email Marketers.
• Assign targets, review performance, and ensure a high-performing sales culture within the team.
Service Promotion
• Promote key services such as:
• SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing
• PPC Campaign Management
• Website Design & Custom Development (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
• e-commerce Solutions
• Understand competitive market trends and position Skywalk’s offerings effectively.
Reporting & Analysis
• Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to leadership.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to inform future planning.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in international sales within the IT or digital services industry.
• Proven track record in handling high-ticket sales and recurring business.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and website development lifecycles.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Leadership experience with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
