Position - VP - Talent Acquisition
Experience: 12 + Years (6-7 Years in Leadership )
Education: Post Graduate / MBA in HR
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Role & responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across levels, including senior leadership hiring
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and forecast workforce requirements
• Drive recruitment planning for volume, niche, and critical roles
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and succession plans
• Oversee employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience
• Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire) and drive continuous improvement
• Manage external vendors, consultants, and recruitment partners
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and DEI initiatives
• Mentor and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver high performance
• Implement best practices, automation, and TA technology/tools
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong expertise in strategic hiring and workforce planning
• Proven experience in leadership and stakeholder management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
• Data-driven approach to recruitment analytics and reporting
• Exposure to ATS, recruitment automation, and digital hiring platform
• Ability to manage high-pressure hiring environments
Preferred candidate profile
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
• Minimum 6-7 years in a leadership or senior management TA role
• MBA/Post-Graduate
• Experience handling multi-location or large-scale hiring is an advantage.
