• Candidate should have min 10-15 years of experience in the investment banking industry. 2. Must have handled Equities or Fixed Income settlements in the last 5 years in a similar capacity in other IB organizations. 3. Candidate should have a thorough understanding of securities settlement and up-to-date technical knowledge of various domestic markets settlements such as: - ICSDs, Crest, Spain, Italy, Scandinavian and emerging markets like Russia, etc. - Buy-in regulations - Exchange deliveries - CASS/CMAR regulations and reporting - Exchange Futures deliveries - Corporate action trade - Expertise in dealing with transaction and position level Reconciliations - Exchange-Moves 4. Must know about T2S and CSDR projects 5. Should have led/driven process improvement projects within the Investment Banking space. 6. Must have handled large teams. 7. Must have an excellent command of the English language with strong written and verbal communication skills and possess the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
