Remote IBCLC– Virtual Lactation Consultant

What You'll Actually Do:
Provide virtual lactation consults that change outcomes—not just check boxes
Write care plans that parents can actually follow (and want to follow)
Help families succeed long-term with appropriate follow-up—because real support doesn't happen in one visit
Use clinical judgment to solve real problems in real time
Show up, do excellent work, go home
You're Who We Want If:
You're a U.S.-based IBCLC who takes this work seriously
You can commit at least 25 hours/week to start
You communicate clearly, warmly, and without judgment
You believe continuity of care matters
You're reliable, professional, and easy to work with
