As we expand, we are looking to add passionate virtual pet health caregivers to our team, which is committed to providing expert guidance and support for pet owners needing virtual care.
Position Summary:
We’re seeking compassionate, knowledgeable pet caregivers to provide remote health guidance and support for pet owners. As a Virtual Pet Health Caregiver at Devdoot, you’ll play a crucial role in helping pet owners manage their pets’ health concerns and receive timely advice for a range of pet wellness needs, from preventive care tips to emergency guidance. This role offers flexibility and a meaningful way to make a difference for pet parents across India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide virtual consultations to pet owners, addressing their pets’ health-related questions and concerns.
• Guide pet owners on general pet care, preventative measures, and best practices for pet health.
• Advise on pet nutrition, behavior, hygiene, and exercise tailored to specific breeds and individual needs.
• Offer support for pet emergencies by advising immediate steps until professional in-person care is available.
• Document and track all virtual sessions within the Devdoot app for quality assurance and user follow-up.
Qualifications:
• Experience in veterinary care, animal health, or related field (veterinary technicians, animal health specialists, etc.).
• Passion for pets and commitment to their well-being.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, empathetic guidance virtually.
• Fluent in English and at least one Indian language; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable with technology and using mobile apps for consultations.
