Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Designer to join our creative team.The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce exceptional visual designs and user experiences, leveraging their expertise in graphic design, animation, and UX principles.This role requires a strong foundation in user-centered design (UCD) methodologies, an eye for detail, and proficiency in creating impactful visuals across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative visual designs and seamless user experiences.Apply user-centered design (UCD) principles throughout the design process to ensure user needs and expectations are met.Conduct and assist with user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to optimize design processes.Create high-quality visual assets, including: User interface (UI) designs, web mockups, motion graphics and animations, brand elements such as logos, icons, and marketing materials.Maintain brand consistency across all projects by adhering to established guidelines.Contribute to the creation and management of design systems and templates for websites and social media to streamline workflows.Support global client projects, ensuring designs align with client requirements and brand standards.Utilize video and animation skills to develop compelling presentations and pitch decks to showcase design solutions.QualificationsProven experience as a Visual Designer or in a similar role, with 3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, animation, or UX planning.Proficiency in design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).Familiarity with Canva is a plus.Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user interface (UI) design.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within diverse teams.A strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling designs across various platforms and industries.A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-friendly, impactful designs.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a fast-paced agency environment.Familiarity with design systems and UI libraries.Proficiency in video editing software (e., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
