As part of its portfolio of brand the company has multiple brands namely, Magari, Yavanika & Treelight Design Magari & Yavanika are currently present in Bangalore and Hyderabad with each store being over 10,000sqft and are going to continue to expand its presence across the country.
Magari currently retails Furniture, Kitchens & Wardrobes and also has Fabric & Furnishings in its stores retailed under the name of Yavanika. Treelight Design is amongst the leading Architecture & Interior Design firms in the country who`s projects range across residential, commercial, hospitality, F&B and retail.
Objective:
To create and maintains store displays to have an excellent in-store experience, products displayed that are visually appealing to consumers while drive branding and sales objectives. It is also important to keep an eye on current trends to keep things relevant to shoppers and bring about newness that will create an ease for customers to shop in and are easily & quickly gratified.
Defining, designing and implementing a creative merchandising strategy.
Creating appealing and eye-catching displays that lead the customer through the entire store with ease.
Producing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays based on the requirements of the retail outlet, seasonality or festivity. • Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result
Come up with, revise and present design ideas assisted by the merchandiser to ensure availability of inventory to support these ideas.
Act in alignment to the brand philosophy, products, image and target market • Monitor costs and work within budget.
Oversee the overall display and arrangement in each store in alignment with the plan set out.
Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes • Liaise with suppliers and source elements.
Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends
Creating a synergy or differentiation between or at each retail outlet that personifies the brand and best represents the region.
Extract from design teams the design based on the client requirements whilst promoting and cross selling across the retail unit.
Introduction of new and innovative methods that will improve the overall retail experience.
The role will require the candidate to travel to all the locations where the company has retail presence and to other locations of opportunity for the company to expand its business interests.
