Job Description
Schedule:
Instructor must be available to coach on Thursdays 3:45pm - 9:45pm and Sundays 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Responsibilities:
Inspect, prepare, and maintain sports fields
Setup and remove sports equipment
Register sports participants, check in teams/players
Maintain/distribute paperwork
Supervise program and report all incidents to supervisor
Responsible for supporting group, private, semi-private, clinics, leagues, and camps for children
Act as Official/Scorekeeper
Officiate sports competition
Other duties as assigned
Hiring Criteria
The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Education & Certification:
Must be 16 with a valid work permit
Experience in customer service and coaching preferred
Must understand developmental learning
Must be able to work with children ages 8-15 years old
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer and results orientation
Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
