About MSE
MSE owns and operates seven major and minor sports teams: the Washington Capitals (NHL), Washington Wizards (NBA), Washington Mystics (WNBA), Capital City Go-Go (NBA G League), Wizards District Gaming (NBA 2K League), Caps Gaming (esports), and Team Liquid (endemic esports team).
We also manage several world-class venues, including Capital One Arena, MedStar Capitals Iceplex, MedStar Health Performance Center, and EagleBank Arena. Our regional sports network, Monumental Sports Network, holds exclusive local television media rights to Capitals', Wizards', and Mystics' games.

Job Summary
We seek an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our all-in-one network marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of creative and production processes, as well as experience working with data scientists and third-party agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and grow a staff of 5+ people.
Owning, managing, and tracking the networks marketing budget.
Oversee the entire creative development process from ideation to execution of all assets with the internal design team.
Leverage user and fan data, metrics, and insights to guide and inform strategies, messaging, prioritization, optimization, and subscription offerings.
Collaborate with Programming and Social teams to align marketing initiatives.
Develop, organize, and track delivery of creative assets for multiple platforms, DTC, Social, linear, web, etc.
Set strategy and complete email/newsletter correspondence with Monumental first-party data to drive DTV subscriptions and engagement.
Establish positive relationships with key partners throughout the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience working in marketing for media or digital company with experience leading brand, customer acquisition.
Experience and confidence in working with data scientists to inform paid marketing strategies.
