Job Description
You will operate as both strategist and player-coach: helping to close meaningful accounts while designing the systems, team, and technology that will power long-term growth. Over time, this role has the potential to expand in scope based on performance and company growth. What Success Looks Like in Year One
Drive Predictable Revenue Growth: Deliver ARR targets by focusing on ideal customer profile (ICP) accounts while maintaining strong client retention and long-term relationships.
Build a Scalable GTM Engine: Design and operationalize a high-performing go-to-market model leveraging targeted hiring, AI-enabled workflows, and robust RevOps/GTM Engineering to enhance data integrity, pipeline efficiency, and conversion.
Foster a High-Performance Culture: Establish a high-trust, mission-driven environment that emphasizes accountability, performance, and team development.
Lead as a Player-Coach: Contribute directly to revenue by closing strategic deals while mentoring and elevating team performance.
Ensure End-to-End Alignment: Align Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to create a seamless funnel, enabling a predictable revenue engine and clear, actionable reporting.
What We’re Looking ForExperience & Track Record
Proven history of consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a VP, Director, or senior player-coach capacity.
Demonstrated ability to build and scale a revenue engine not just operate within one.
Strength in either Sales Leadership or Marketing Leadership, with a clear plan to strengthen the complementary discipline.
Experience managing outbound and pipeline creation.
Comfort leveraging technology, automation, AI tools, and/or Revenue Operations to improve efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
Authentic alignment with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
Leadership & Approach
Strong developer of people and passionate about building future leaders
Thinks in systems and leverage (people, process, technology, AI), not just headcount.
Comfortable operating as a player-coach in a scaling environment.
Scrappy, entrepreneurial, and adaptable.
Humble and collaborative, strong cross-functional partner.
Data-driven but people-centered.
Long-term oriented and motivated to grow with the company.
Why This Role Is DifferentThis is not a corporate maintenance role. This is an opportunity to design and build a modern GTM engine inside a mission-driven company.
