Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on VP of Sales to launch and scale Botminds AI in the US market. You’ll lead our GTM strategy, build executive relationships, and close high-value deals in AI/automation. This role blends enterprise sales expertise, category creation, and leadership vision—backed by a product team building at the cutting edge of Agentic AI.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a winning GTM strategy for the US market.
Define ICP, vertical focus (Life Sciences, BFSI, Public Sector, Retail, Shared Services).
Build repeatable sales plays for platform subscriptions and vertical AI solutions.
Drive predictable pipeline generation.
Manage weekly forecasting, deal reviews, and territory plans.
Deliver multi-million-dollar ARR growth with disciplined execution.
Engage CIO, COO, CDO, CPO, CX leadership and business unit heads.
Translate Botminds’ agentic AI capabilities into clear business value.
Navigate technical conversations around AI, automation, workflows, and governance.
Recruit, manage, and coach AEs, SDRs, and Sales Engineers as the team grows.
Create sales enablement programs that shorten ramp time and accelerate wins.
Establish a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-obsession.
Work closely with Marketing on pipeline creation.
Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap based on customer needs.
Collaborate with PS & CS to ensure smooth deployments, renewals, and expansions.
Represent Botminds at conferences, industry forums, and executive roundtables.
Build relationships with partners, SIs, and strategic advisors to amplify reach.
Requirements
10–15+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience; VP/Head of Sales experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to close $200K–$1M+ enterprise deals with long, multi-stakeholder cycles.
Track record of building 0 1 and 1 10 sales motions in early-stage startups.
Deep experience selling platforms (not just point solutions).
Bonus: experience with AI, automation, document intelligence, workflow / RPA, ML platforms, or vertical enterprise software.
High agency; founder mindset; thrives in ambiguity.
Master storyteller with strong executive presence.
Collaborative, and deeply customer-obsessed.
Analytical and data-driven in forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
Passionate about category creation (Agentic AI is a new frontier).
