Job Description
· Day to day bookkeeping activities and updating all transactions in Tally.
· Regular Maintenance and updation of bank passbooks in Tally of all Accounts like Company, Directors, Partners, and Owner.
· Making cheque NEFT/RTGS payments and related activities
· Making monthly GST Tax payments and Returns, Prof Tax Payment and filing, TDS Payment, TDS returns, Provident Fund and ESCI Payment challan and return other tax filings accurately and on time
· Petty cash handling and expense tracking reconciliation of all expenses and income in terms of GST applicability and TDS deduction.
· Salary and payroll processing with salary schedule.
· Treasury and efficient fund management
· Helping with finalization and IT return filing of companies, Firms, Directors, Partners, and Owners.
· Coordination with CA/CS and audit team and compulsory attendance of meetings with the CA team
· General banking operations, including visiting banks for various banking work
· Billing of Clients, Raising of Sales Invoices, Rent invoices, and other Professional fees Invoices, etc.
· Preparation of MIS and other business reports and analyses.
· Providing teams support via MIS and other reporting.
· Reconciliation of Receivables, Payables, and Checking whether Revenues are accurate and on time.
· Coordination with various parties for revenue tracking and outstanding follow-up management.
· Development and setting up of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for streamlining business operations and processes
· Management and upkeep of technology, billing, accounting, and reconciliation software
· General Office Administration, including coordination with multiple vendors, and auditors both external and internal auditors
· Handling team projects and initiatives
