• Role Overview:
• Key Responsibilities Accounting & Compliance:
∙Validate B2B invoices, stock transfers, e-way bills, and delivery challans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
∙Prepare and maintain e-invoices and e-way bills for scrap movement and reverse pickups from FBA & FBF locations. ∙Manage FG (Finished Goods) & PM (Packaging Material) scrap invoicing as per GST regulations. ∙Process and validate purchase rejection debit notes and ensure timely posting in the accounts.
∙Generate and process credit notes in line with distributor agreements.
• Inventory & Reconciliation:
∙Conduct physical stock verification at the warehouse periodically and report variances. ∙Perform daily inventory reconciliation with the warehouse and inventory control teams. ∙Validate inventory adjustments and highlight discrepancies for corrective actions. ∙Collaborate with the supply chain team to streamline stock transfer documentation and reconciliation.
• Receivables & Reporting:
∙Manage and track receivables for offline distributors and quick commerce partners. ∙Reconcile partner accounts and resolve discrepancies through proactive follow-up. ∙Support the finance team in preparing weekly and monthly sales and financial reports. ∙Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Cross-functional Coordination:
∙Work closely with logistics, inventory, and finance teams to ensure smooth flow of data. ∙Assist in resolving vendor/distributor queries related to accounts and reconciliation. ∙Support in audit readiness and internal controls related to warehouse accounts.
• Eligibility & Requirements:
∙Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. ∙Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts, warehouse finance, or inventory accounting.
∙Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and accounting tools. Strong working knowledge of GST, invoicing, e-way bills, and compliance requirements. ∙Core Skills: Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers. Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams. Time management and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
