We Are Hiring For Admin Executive

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel.
Ticket booking, hotel booking, travel arrangements etc.
Maintain system and file all correspondence.
Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.
Coordinate conferences and meetings.
Keep track of the daily work of housekeeping.
Making Agenda, attend meetings and making minutes of the meeting.
Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals, conducting telephonic interviews in coordination with Lab Head.
Completing joining formalities of new joiners.
Salary calculations.
Employee engagement activities.
Other HR related activities.
Co-ordination between peons & drivers.
All Admin and secretarial work.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
