JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Payroll/Salary & TDS calculation as per CTC and investment declaration.
a. Handling the entire payroll process including raw data for salary calculation and processing, salary slip generation, bonus, incentive, reimbursements ,Form 16, etc
b. Maintain Timesheet/ attendance/leaves balance from employees and calculate salaries
c. Defining Salary structure, PF, ESIC, Tax calculation
• Manage Account - General Ledger & P&L with Tally or Busy
• Invoicing, Payment & Account receivables, manage with company hired CA/CS and Client account teams
• Manage GST payment, Form-16 generation, Account reconciliation & payables with company hired CA
Mandatory:
Compliances : PF, ESIC and Challan, Statutory compliance with company hired CS/CA
• Taxation management – GST, Employee and Corporate taxation
Also who can manage :
HR client/employee coordination activities in other time and also manage and interact with our clients for any complainces , taxation, invoicing and related topics as below.
E.g.
Key Client Management (Domestic/MNC):
a. Taking care of new empanelment, Contracts & agreement with clients
b. You will be assigned few clients to manage the requirement and fulfillment
c. Manage timesheet & rate based Invoice generation and uploading/sending on client portals
Exp-3 to 6 years.
Experience in Account management, HR, Attendance & Payroll Management and Company compliances
Experience in generating invoice, TDS & PF Deduction.

Remote & WFH
Supplemental pay types:
Commission pay, Performance bonus
