Job Overview:
We are looking for proactive and results-driven Web Promoters to join our team, specializing in the FMCG e-commerce and e-wallet sector. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our website, engaging potential customers, and contributing to the growth of our online platform. You will play a key part in communicating our marketing and compensation plans while identifying new opportunities for customer engagement, especially those interested in flexible, work-from-home roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Plan Communication: Gain an in-depth understanding of our marketing and compensation plans, and effectively communicate these to potential customers and partners.
• Website Promotion: Utilize various online platforms to promote our website, drive traffic, and enhance brand visibility in the e-commerce skin care and beauty care sector.
• Customer Outreach: Engage with potential customers, particularly those seeking work-from-home opportunities, and build lasting relationships through personalized communication.
• Sales and Engagement: Present and explain the company’s product offerings and compensation structure to interested candidates, aiming to convert leads into customers.
• Reporting and Analytics: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and promotional activities, while providing insightful feedback to the management team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to develop strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience:
• Prior experience in sales, digital marketing, or online promotions is beneficial.
• Candidates with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
• Proficient in digital marketing, familiar with social media and online advertising platforms.
