We are seeking an experienced TIBCO WebFOCUS Developer/Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on experience in WebFOCUS development. This role requires a strong ability to migrate, optimize, and convert WebFOCUS reports to Power BI reports, ensuring that the solution is scalable, reliable, and meets business requirements.
The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with business users, analysts, and other developers to design, develop, and deliver robust BI solutions.
• Experience:
• At least 7+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years focused on WebFOCUS development and reporting.
• Proven experience in converting WebFOCUS reports to Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Good expertise in seamless reports migration
• Strong expertise in WebFOCUS
• Proficient in Power BI for report creation, data transformation, and dashboard development.
• Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and working with various data sources (SQL, OLAP, etc.).
• Expertise in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and optimization.
• Experience with TIBCO WebFOCUS BI Server, WebFocus Reporting Server, WebFOCUS App Studio, WebFocus Portal and Power BI (Desktop, Service, and Power BI Report Server).
• Strong understanding of SQL, T-SQL, and other database query languages.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and working with structured/unstructured data.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Power BI Service, Power Query, and DAX.
• Familiarity with TIBCO Data Management tools.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and development cycles.
• Exposure to cloud-based solutions and integrations with Power BI (Azure, AWS, etc.).
