Source supplies, secure partnerships, and drive community engagement by working closely with vendors, contractors, and local businesses.
Oversee all event logistics, including planning, budgeting, bookings, supplier coordination, and on-site execution.
Align events with marketing and leasing objectives through regular collaboration with internal teams.
Capture event content and share across marketing channels in line with brand standards.
Track and report on event performance, resident feedback, and budget outcomes in a timely manner.
Ensure full compliance with policies, insurance requirements, and WHS regulations during event planning and execution.
Drive local awareness and brand visibility through outreach marketing and community initiatives.
Support leasing and retention goals by promoting resident renewals and referral programs.
Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, consistently embodying company values.

Creative by nature, you're passionate about delivering inclusive, high-impact resident experiences. You bring strong administrative discipline, with a keen eye for detail across reporting and compliance tasks. Tech-savvy and adaptable, you're proficient in Microsoft Office, and ideally comfortable with CRM systems, event platforms, or property management tools like StarRez. You approach every challenge with flexibility and enthusiasm, including supporting events during evenings or weekends when needed.
