About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Deliver live demos of Zensoft Tech's WhatsApp Business API software to interested business leads via Zoom or Google Meet.
2. Explain product features such as bulk messaging, chatbot automation, CRM, shared inbox, templates, and integrations in clear Hinglish or Hindi.
3. Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable WhatsApp API use cases for sales, support, and marketing.
4. Coordinate with the sales team for demo follow-ups and maintain basic demo status updates in CRM or shared sheets.
5. Learn and adhere to WhatsApp API guidelines to ensure demos remain professional and policy-compliant.
