Position Overview
Chadmont LLC is seeking a highly driven Commodity Sourcing Agent responsible for identifying, vetting, and securing reliable wheat suppliers across North America, Europe, the Black Sea region, and other key grain-producing markets.
This role is focused strictly on supplier-side development. The agent will build and maintain a pipeline of verified wheat exporters capable of fulfilling bulk international orders under FOB, CIF, and CFR terms.
The ideal candidate understands international grain trade, documentation, pricing structures, and supplier risk.
Compensation is according to usage of established supplier in each contract Chadmont LLC or its partners participates in, in which the sourcing agent will receive a percentage of the net profit.

Core Responsibilities
Identify and source reputable wheat suppliers (11.5%, 12.5% protein and other specifications)
Develop direct relationships with exporters, mills, cooperatives, and trading houses
Verify supplier legitimacy using trade data, export history, certifications, and documentation
Obtain competitive pricing (FOB/CIF/CFR) and maintain updated supplier price sheets
Maintain organized supplier database with contact details and trade terms

Pay: $1.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
