Temporary, Full-Time (1.0 FTE). 12 months with the possibility of extension.
Opportunity:
The City of Albany’s WHS Team is looking for a safety passionate and focused administrator to join the team on a temporary contract. This position provides essential administrative support across a range of workplace health and safety functions, including incident and hazard reporting, injury management documentation, committee coordination, reporting and record keeping. Working within a collaborative and supportive team environment, you will play an important role in maintaining accurate safety systems and contributing to a positive safety culture across the organisation.
About You:
You are an organised and detail-oriented administrator with an interest in workplace health and safety. You have strong data entry and record-keeping capability, communicate clearly and professionally, and are confident using Microsoft Office applications.
You take initiative, work collaboratively, and are keen to contribute to a safe and healthy workplace.
