Windows Servers (W2K8/12/16&1+) Installation, Monitoring, troubleshooting

Handling Client & Server Level Issues

Handling L2 level tasks in SCCM & SCOM

Good Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS , DHCP

Group Policy Management

Print Management

Working experience on ServiceNow Ticketing system

Experience with Share & NTFS ACL permissions

Hands on experience with Windows Patching process

Secondary Skill Set :

HPDP & Commvalut Backup

VMWare Virtual Server Build troubleshooting issues

TeamViewer (For Remote Access)

PKI - Public/Private Key Infrastructure

Knowledge of Azure AD

Roles and Responsibilities :

Hands on experience with Server OS 2012 R2, 2016 & 2026

Troubleshoot & fix Windows Server related issues

Create/manage and troubleshoot group policies, Configure DHCP, DNS

Print server Administration

Team management

Quality reviews of the Team and generating performance reports.

Configure and Manage Alerts though SCOM

Push Software's/ Applicaiton's from SCCM

Backup and restore using Commvault

Working on SNOW ticketing tool

Able to handle High priority issues and provide RCA
