Role Description
The Winter Intern will be responsible for supporting legal research, drafting legal documents, analyzing case laws, and assisting attorneys with ongoing client matters. Tasks include reviewing legal frameworks and working on projects spanning corporate law, dispute resolution, and other practice areas. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, offering hands-on experience in diverse legal domains and exposure to both domestic and international cases.
Qualifications
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Experience or coursework in drafting, reviewing contracts, and preparing legal documents
• Knowledge of corporate law, dispute resolution frameworks, and intellectual property law
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and high ethical integrity
• Familiarity with Indian legal systems and regulations is beneficial
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Law (LLB, LLM, or equivalent)
