Job Description
We are seeking for HighJump/Korber WMS L2/L3 Support Consultant with atleast 3+ years of experience. The consultant is responsible for providing L2/L3 support for HighJump/Korber WMS, ensuring the smooth operation of Warehouse management processes in a retail, distribution, or e-commerce environment. The Support Consultant is responsible by ensuring that the WMS system integrates seamlessly with other business applications and should also take care of system maintenance and providing recommendations for system improvements to optimize business operations. Essential Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years in IT project experience, with experience in production support within the retail industry on WMS Application as L2/L3 support consultant Strong experience with HighJump/Korber WMS, including system administration, configuration, Chanes and troubleshooting. Understanding of retail and distribution business processes
