Job Purpose:
• This job is responsible for providing daily administrator support and improvement efforts for Workday and additional Payroll Strategic Business applications, including configuration and ad-hoc reporting; supporting implementation of system upgrades; testing system enhancements, troubleshooting issues and documenting workflows; monitoring data logs and managing releases; providing ongoing technical support to payroll operations employees; ad-hoc performance of quality audits. This role will be involved in creating test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems within client.
Required Job Qualifications:
• 5 years’ Experience with Workday U.S. Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking; Vendor Relationship experience; Project Management.
Skills & Experience:
• Workday (U.S. Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, EIBs, etc.)
• Workday Reporting & Integration support
• Vendor Management; Open Cases, Troubleshoot Issues, Manage Release Testing, etc.
Preferred Qualification(s)
• Workday Certification
