Job Description
• The Workday Analyst will be responsible for investigating and assisting in the resolution of Workday Compensation and Benefits application issues, data discrepancies, and system enhancements and improved user experience.
• 4+ years of HR systems experience with exposure to Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, and/or Time Tracking
• Work closely with Compensation & Benefits teams to maintain all touch points with Payroll.
• Familiar with internal controls and data privacy regulations.
• Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and charts.

Pay: ₹436,372.00 - ₹1,623,112.47 per year
