Qualifications
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of California workers' compensation laws, employment laws, and personal injury laws
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Workers' Compensation Attorney
Proven experience in litigation, specifically in workers' compensation cases and personal injury cases
Excellent knowledge of California Workers' Compensation laws, employment laws, and personal injury laws
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and litigation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism and ethical standards
Proficiency in legal research software and MS Office Suite
