Job Details
Responsibilities
Represent clients in personal injury litigation
Conduct legal research
Draft legal documents
Manage discovery
Draft and argue motions
Prepare for trial
Court appearances
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective handling of cases
Stay up-to-date on changes in workers' compensation law and sharing knowledge with colleagues
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of California Workers Compensation law
2+ years experience in workers compensation defense litigation
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Active CA bar
