Support probation reviews, performance processes, and workforce documentation
Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and compliance files
Act as a key point of contact for support workers, responding to queries and providing guidance
Support initiatives that strengthen workforce engagement, wellbeing, and retention
Collaborate with the Operational Manager to forecast workforce needs and support continuous improvement
Thriving in this role requires

A genuine interest in people, workforce development, and building positive team culture
Confidence in coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes in a structured and compliant manner
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional communication skills and the ability to build trust with staff
A proactive mindset with a focus on engagement and retention
In addition, you will need

Experience in recruitment, HR coordination, workforce administration, or a similar role (aged care or community services preferred)
Understanding of workforce compliance requirements (police checks, training records, contracts)
Strong administrative and documentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR or workforce systems
Ability to work collaboratively within a leadership team
Full Australian work rights
