We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Workforce Management Advisor, for Full Time opportunity based out of our Balcatta, WA office.
As Workforce Management Advisor, you’ll:
Maintain and enhance workforce management processes to align with Hours Management principles.
Ensure pay-related business processes are fit-for-purpose and streamlined.
Act as a key liaison between Payroll, Operations, and Finance to troubleshoot WFM issues and support system/process reviews.
Align system designs and processes with agreed operational parameters.
What You’ll Do
Analyse workforce data to identify trends and support labour forecasting.
Guide operations on efficient scheduling to reduce overtime and third-party labour costs while ensuring coverage.
Provide expert advice on WFM policies and support end-users with system/process troubleshooting.
Deliver insightful dashboards and reports with recommendations to mitigate risks and boost efficiency.
Ensure end-users are confident and competent with WFM systems and processes.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience with UKG PRO WFM and operational processes.
A strong customer service ethic and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
A process-driven mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
5+ years’ experience in a similar role or relevant field.
