The Role:
We are seeking a WFM Compliance Coordinator to support workforce management compliance across our national operations. Reporting to the WFM Team Lead, you will help monitor rostering, time and attendance, and ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
You will provide:
Monitor and review workforce compliance across rostering, timekeeping, and hours of work
Identify potential compliance risks and escalate where needed
Support Operations leaders with workforce management guidance
Partner with Payroll and People Operations to resolve compliance issues
Assist with audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You:
Experience in workforce management, HR operations, payroll, or compliance-related roles
Knowledge of rostering, time and attendance systems, and employment legislation
Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
Ability to identify trends, risks, and recurring compliance issues
Confident communicator able to work with operational and corporate teams
Relevant qualification in HR, Workforce Management, Business, or related field (desirable)
