• You will support the field staff with availability and leave requests, ensuring they are documented, approved and actioned.
• You will find solutions for absenteeism to ensure all work force requests are covered.
• You will look for efficiencies within the rosters to maximise profitability, while minimising health and safety risks.
• You will report any performance issues to the operations team and support a positive outcome where applicable.
• You will work with InTime (Rostering System) and Office365 Suits and your skills within Excel will be on show daily!
