Job Summary:
Seeking a Resource Planning Analyst to support ground operations staffing forecasts across multiple locations. The role involves building staffing models, analyzing trends, and delivering data-driven insights to improve workforce planning and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain staffing and scheduling models
• Perform ad-hoc and what-if analysis
• Develop dashboards and reports (Excel/Tableau)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and productivity tracking
Required Skills:
• 2+ years in resource planning, scheduling, or data analysis
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• Experience with Tableau / SQL / data sources
Preferred:
• Experience in airlines, logistics, or travel industry
• Knowledge of workforce planning tools (e.g., GroundStar)
