The role
You will be the first point of contact for workplace services, providing responsive, customer-focused support to staff, visitors and stakeholders. From managing enquiries to maintaining office facilities and supplies, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe, efficient and well-functioning work environment.
Working in a fast-paced setting, you will manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and build strong relationships with customers while upholding service standards and workplace protocols.

What you will bring to the role
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage a high volume of enquiries and provide accurate, timely responses
Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders in a professional and approachable manner
Proven ability to plan, prioritise and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Solid administrative skills, including maintaining records, updating systems and ensuring data accuracy
A proactive and reliable approach, with the ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean and well-functioning workplace environment
