Operational Management: Plan and coordinate daily workflows, machine usage, and project schedules to meet targets.
Team Leadership: Supervise technicians, oversee hiring and training, and delegate tasks to maintain productivity.
Resource & Budget Oversight: Manage inventory levels, order spare parts, and monitor operational costs to enhance financial efficiency.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities adhere to health and safety regulations and that equipment is properly maintained.
Quality Control: Implement standards for repairs or production and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
