Job Title: Workstream Management Intern/Associate
Mode: Remote
Job Overview: As a Workstream Management Associate at GrowthStudioz, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the flow of work between our creative, media, and strategy teams. You’ll help ensure smooth communication, organized task tracking, and timely delivery across projects for some of India’s leading D2C brands.
Description:
Create and maintain clear task lists for ongoing client projects, assign responsibilities, and track completion.
Follow up on daily and weekly deliverables to ensure timely execution as per project plans.
Stay updated on ongoing tasks across media, creative, and strategy teams, ensuring no communication gaps.
Maintain detailed task updates and proactively check in with team members for progress.
Support team leads in improving internal coordination and workflow efficiency.
Act as a communication link between teams to ensure everyone is aligned on goals, priorities, and deadlines.
Help identify and resolve bottlenecks or delays in the workflow.
Join weekly client or internal meetings, take detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and ensure all action items are followed up on.
Support the media and creative teams in organizing task briefs, tracking daily creative deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Required Profile:
Fresh graduates or final-year students from Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, or Management backgrounds can apply.
Good with MS Excel and data interpretation
Interested in backend operations and team-coordination work
Strong interest in advertising, marketing, and digital communication industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Collaborative and comfortable working closely with creative and performance marketing teams.
Keen attention to detail with a proactive approach to following up and ensuring accountability.
Awareness or curiosity about social media trends and digital marketing processes is an advantage.
