About Role:
The role is responsible for managing the Wholesale Banking Service team. The role will guide and coordinate with multiple B-Cat and C-Cat Branches for their Trade/CMS and CA related transactional needs. They will drive the team to be focused on controlling the TAT/NFTRs on transaction delivery. Execution of trade related transactions with regards to regulatory guidelines and banks internal guidelines. Liaison with WTO Centralised Units like TFC/DTFC/CCPH/COBC/RFRC for processing txns within TAT. Their primary aim is to improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimizing revenue generation and achieving the target fee income from trade, forex, CMS
• Ensure error free transactions resulting in zero loss of revenue
• Handling Transactions like Export, Import, Inward Remittances, Outward remittance, Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantee (Inland and Foreign), Current account onboarding and other service requests
• Dealing with clients for transactional and compliance related matter
• Liaising with clients, business, Operations team and various branches for timely processing of various transactions
• Various reporting pertaining to regulatory authorities and to internal departments
• Ensure Standard productivity and timely completion of job in order to achieve customer TAT
• Follow up with branches and ensure timely rectification of audit irregularities (if any)
• Handling of complaints / investigation and resolution thereof within defined TAT a) Regulatory and other complaints b) Court orders c) Investigations from Govt. agencies
• Ensure transactions processed are compliant to external as well as internal guidelines
• Reduction in EDPMS/IDPMS/Compliance pending que as per stipulated criteria
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Graduate/ MBA preferred
• Additional Certificate course related to Banking sector
• Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in the relevant field
