Job Description
• Liaise with National & Regional stakeholders Pan India to design and develop appropriate learning solutions
• Develop content, training calendar, execution plan for national roll out
• Update content on regular basis to suit changing business situations and audiences
• Facilitate Operations, System and Behavioural workshops for blue and white collared employees
• Conduct TTT for trainers and operations SMEs at regular intervals
• Ensure training effectiveness of regional business vertical
• Observe the employees to determine the efficacy of training programs and ensure that any additional training requirements are fulfilled
• Provide on-site and theoretical training in operations and supervision and ensure that all methodologies used are in sync with standard training procedures
• Assist Central R&R, Engagement team to execute activities in the assigned region
• Must have experience in hiring Offroll candidates.
