We don’t have requirements for length, content, style, etc. since we want instructors to have creative freedom, we just ask that you follow our community guidelines when posting.

Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Wimy Online Fitness Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach more and manage less. Instructors can create their own schedule, work from anywhere in the world, and enjoy the freedom of focusing solely on delivering high-quality fitness content while earning more with engagement based earnings and growing their student base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach classes (live or recorded).
• Record and upload fitness content to the Wimy platform.
• Develop and lead engaging fitness classes tailored to your unique style and expertise.
• Create a welcoming and supportive environment for all fitness levels.
• Create and maintain an inclusive and diverse fitness community.
• Stay current with fitness trends and continuously improve your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:
• Authorized to work in the US
• Certified fitness instructor or similar professional experience.
• Passionate about health and fitness - whatever your niche may be!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a virtual environment.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Proficiency in using online platforms and technology (ex: creating, editing, and uploading videos).
• 1+ year online teaching experience preferred
