About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Youth Services Coordinator to join our team in Bunbury. As a key member of our Centre, you will contribute to delivering high-quality recreational activities, providing exceptional customer service and supporting staff to meet community needs.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recreational programs that foster a positive Centre culture.
Promote PCYC's brand, mission and image within the local community.
Ensure centre operational and recreational compliance, reporting and administration tasks are completed.
Support Centre financial performance, fundraising and budget management.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in managing recreation programs and activities. You should also possess experience and/or qualifications in customer service management, community and recreational services or a related field. Proven ability to lead staff under pressure and in challenging environments is essential, along with a National Police Clearance, Driver's License and Working with Children Check.
