Job Description:
Bainsla Music is looking for a professional and experienced YouTube Manager (Male/Female) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing YouTube channels.
The candidate will be responsible for handling YouTube channel operations, video uploads, SEO optimization, analytics monitoring, and growth strategies to increase views and subscribers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Uploading and scheduling videos on YouTube
• SEO optimization (Title, Description, Tags, Keywords)
• Thumbnail coordination and content optimization
• Monitoring YouTube Analytics and performance reports
• Implementing channel growth and marketing strategies
• Handling copyright claims and basic CMS understanding
• Managing community engagement and comments
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year professional YouTube experience
• Good knowledge of YouTube algorithm & SEO
• Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Responsible and detail-oriented
