Skill sets required: Zoho CRM, Admin, CRM plus, Marketing Plus, Zoho analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage technical and administrative aspects of Sales CRM- Zoho, Salesforce used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in deal, lead, and opportunity management.
• Create and maintain metrics reports on sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure thorough and efficient use of CRM and support CRM Marketing initiatives.
• Analyze sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to sales management.
• Perform routine data quality, clean-up and audits as needed within the database.
• Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize sales and marketing team performance within Zoho.
• Other duties as assigned to support Sales team effectiveness like scheduling, planning, logistics, may be required.

Required Education, skills and experience-
• 4-8 years of work experience in CRM- Zoho/Salesforce and business analytics
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Zoho required. Experience integrating with other technologies (Salesforce, Slack, Intercom, Zapier etc.) is a must.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
• Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
• Experience in CRM plus, Marketing Plus, Zoho analytics required.
