Role - Zoho CRM / CRM | BFSI Industry
Location - Mumbai - Goregaon
Roles & Responsibilities :
(A1) This person will act as a central point for CRM related change management from all departments.
- Understand change requests, map underlying business process flows, prepare BRD, convert to detailed FSD (Functional Specs Document).
- Understand backend data requirements to enable the change request.
- Get it implemented by vendor, carry out UAT, role out to sales with adequate training & support.
(A2) Change requests may be of these types
- User experience enhancements in current process flows
- Automate or migrate current manual process.
- Migrate processes being handled by dated technology to the new CRM platform.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
A years experience in managing CRM.
- Managing CRM in an AMC/Insurance/Bank space. Preferably AMC
- Managing Zoho CRM Plus
- Business Analyst experience
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSET
- Understand MF Business
- Understand Zoho or any other Sales CRM application
- SQL & MS Excel
- Written English for documentation
- Project Management
