Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer with 3-5 years of expertise in implementing Zoho One applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Projects, and Zoho People. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customizing workflows, automating business processes, and integrating third-party online payment gateways.
The role is Pune-based (onsite) and requires a dynamic professional who is open to international travel for project implementations, especially in the UAE and Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Implementation of Zoho One applications (CRM, Books, Payroll, Projects, and People) as per business requirements.
• Customize and develop workflows, blueprints, and automation within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Integrate third-party payment gateways with Zoho applications.
• Develop custom scripts using Deluge and API integrations to enhance system capabilities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and recommend Zoho-based solutions.
• Ensure data migration, security, and user role management across Zoho platforms.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize Zoho application performance.
• Travel internationally for project implementation and client support.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in Zoho One implementation (CRM, Books, Payroll, Projects, and People).
• Strong knowledge of Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and API integrations.
• Experience with third-party payment gateway integrations.
• Proficiency in customizing Zoho applications using workflows, blueprints, and automation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll management, and finance automation using Zoho.
• Experience in data migration, access control, and user management within Zoho.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug Zoho applications.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for project execution.
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):
• Prior experience in international projects, particularly in the UAE or Middle East region.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks for Zoho customization.
• Exposure to Zoho Analytics and advanced reporting.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
